Kinseth's annual leadership conference took place March 3-5 at the Holiday Inn & Suites Des Moines-Northwest. Hotel and corporate management flocked Des Moines for three days of speakers, break out sessions, and the Annual Awards Ceremony. More than 160 attendees also participated in the packaging of meals for Meals From the Heartland who will deliver meals to the malnourished in Iowa, the United States and around the world.
