Kinseth Hospitality Companies Q2 2017 Update

Q2 2017 marks the exciting addition of several new development projects for Kinseth Hospitality Companies. In addition we welcomed two new hotels into our portfolio. We also launched the opening of Z'Mariks Noodle Cafe located in Mason City, Iowa. Thank you to the many dedicated people on our teams that help make it all possible! 

Welcome Sterling Inn & Suites Clive!

As of April 3rd, Kinseth Hospitality took over management of the Sterling Inn & Suites in Clive, IA. Located just off I-80 and I-235 near Des Moines in the suburb of Clive, Kinseth welcomes everyone to discover a relaxing, cottage-style hotel. The property includes complimentary hot breakfast, pet friendly accommodations, dry cleaning services, a seasonal outdoor pool and complimentary access to a local fitness center. We are pleased to welcome Sterling Inn & Suites and manager Ryan Phipps (of the Courtyard Ankeny) as the General Manager.

Kinseth Opens Z'Mariks Noodle Cafe In Mason City

On May 30 Kinseth officially opened the Z'Mariks Noodle Cafe Mason City at 2105 4th St SW. The restaurant is the sixth location of the Iowa native franchise and offers a unique selection of family recipes including American traditions like Mac and Cheese, Italian favorites like Pesto and Marinara and customer favorites like Buffalo Chicken Mac and Asian Spicy Peanut. The menu offers fresh ingredients and the ability to add or substitute veggies, shrimp, chicken, meatballs or tofu, you are able to create your own unique creation that is as individual as you. The bowls are family friendly priced, most under $6, this coupled with quick service and welcoming atmosphere makes Z’Mariks a great dining destination.

Kinseth Adds Sheraton To Portfolio

Kinseth & Frew Development Host Topping Off Party at The Tru by Hilton In Cedar Rapids, Iowa

On June 15 Kinseth and Frew Development hosted our first Topping Off Party where the last structural beam was lifted to the top of the building. Due to ancient traditions a flag and tree were attached to the beam while it was being raised into place.

Kinseth Breaks Ground On The TownePlace Suites by Marriott In Dubuque, Iowa

On June 22 Kinseth Hospitality, hotel investors and city officials broke ground on the new TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Dubuque's Millwork District. This is one of few Marriott products in the Dubuque market and seems to be a perfect fit for the community and their revitalized district! The hotel is expected to open in the spring of 2018! Kinseth Breaks Ground On The TownePlace Suites by Marriott In Grafton, Wisconsin

On June 29 Kinseth broke ground on another TownePlace Suites, this one in Grafton, WI. The hotel will be near our existing Hampton Inn & Suites in Grafton, WI. Guests in attendance were able to view floorplans and room layouts of the hotel. The hotel is estimated to open in Spring of 2018.
