The Homewood Suites by Hilton and Vue Rooftop Dillon owners and investors celebrated its Grand Opening with a ribbon cutting on June 3, 2022. "We are pleased to bring this exciting Homewood Suites hotel and Vue Rooftop restaurant development to the Town of Dillon," stated Ben Kinseth of KHC. Kinseth Celebrates Groundbreaking of Home2 Suites Westdale Town Center

Kinseth Hospitality Companies, Frew Development Group, Westdale Town Center, Canadarm, and Aspire Construction are pleased to announce the groundbreaking at the construction site of the Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel in Cedar Rapids, Iowa! The groundbreaking ceremony for the hotel, located at 4000 Westdale Parkway SW took place on Thursday, June 30, 2022. To kick off the event, Ann Poe, City of Cedar Rapids Mayor Pro Tempore; Gary Kinseth, Kinseth Hospitality Companies Vice President; Chad Soukup, Frew Development Vice President; Doug Neumann, Cedar Rapids Economic Development Executive Director; and Julie Stow, Cedar Rapids Tourism Director of Meetings & Convention, each shared their excitement for the project. "We are celebrating yet another groundbreaking for an important project in our community. We have a saying here in Cedar Rapids, 'Welcome is our language'. I am so pleased to welcome this project and the development team to the Westdale as we do the groundbreaking today. ...
