Kinseth Celebrates Groundbreaking of SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel in Menomonee Falls, WI

Kinseth Hospitality Companies, Cobalt Partners, and American Companies are pleased to announce the groundbreaking at the construction site of the SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin! The groundbreaking ceremony for the hotel, located at N91 W15901 Falls Parkway took place on April 28, 2022. To kick off the event, Scott Yauck, Cobalt Partners President and CEO; Kraig Sadownikow, American Companies President; David Glasglow, Menomonee Falls Village President; and Bruce Kinseth, Kinseth Hospitality Senior Vice President, each shared their excitement for the project. The hotel is being built by American Companies and will be managed by KHC. It is expected to be completed Summer 2023.

Grand Opening Celebration

The TownePlace Suites by Marriott Oshkosh team celebrated its Grand Opening with a ribbon cutting on April 28, 2022. “Kinseth Hospitality is extremely excited to bring this all-suite Marriott branded hotel to the great community of Oshkosh,” expressed Bruce Kinseth, KHC Senior Vice President. “We would like to thank not only our partners with Lake Shore Development and American Construction, but also our hotel staff for getting the hotel up and running.” The newly built hotel is located at 1365 N. Westfield Street in Oshkosh, Wisconsin and is operated by General Manager Ann Brudkardt, Director of Sales Magen Covill, Guest Service Manager Brent Haring, and Director of Operations Rob Wartella.
