Kinseth Launches Two Bennigan's on the Fly Virtual Kitchen Locations

Kinseth Hospitality Companies launched Bennigan's on the Fly in the Dubuque, IA and Coralville, IA markets on February 22 and February 26, respectively. The Bennigan's on the Fly concept is a virtual kitchen, which is operated out of two of our existing restaurants: River Rock Kitchen & Tap located at the Holiday Inn Dubuque, and Twelve01 Kitchen & Tap located at the Hampton Inn and Radisson Coralville. The decision comes after nearly a year of restaurant restrictions and proclamations due to COVID-19.  "The Bennigan's menu has stood the test of time, and gives customers the American comfort we've all needed during this pandemic," shared Ben Kinseth, Director of Operations and Asset Management. "When we were introduced to the new Bennigan's on the Fly Virtual Kitchen concept, we knew it was the right way for us to bring the world-famous Monte Cristo back to the market." The two locations mark the 2nd and 3rd open virtual kitchens for Bennigan's on the Fly. Congratulations to both restaurant teams!
