Kinseth shows upward momentum with upcoming construction projects

Construction of the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dubuque Downtown is near completion. The hotel is estimated to open in December of 2018. Below is a list of current construction properties and their estimated open dates. Kinseth will also host two groundbreaking ceremonies next week. On Tuesday, November 6, shovels will hit dirt on the construction site of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Then, on Thursday, November 8, snow may be what we'll dig into at the Homewood Suites at Lake Dillon construction site in Dillon, Colorado.
